Dustin's early music was pure folk — acoustic melodies played on his silver flute, ballads composed for tavern crowds, tributes to friends, and anthems that got entire rooms singing along.
The tavern circuit gave him staples like A Hoop, Two Pigeons, and a Hell Hound and Asmodeus's Golden Arse — crowd-pleasers guaranteed to get a room roaring. But it was The Ballad of Kürbis Kohl that changed everything — a heartfelt tribute to a gentle Goliath. The song spread through taverns across the North, and suddenly Dustin Dwint was more than just a performer at the Wanderlust Revue. He was a name.
He and Don Juan busked the squares of Waterdeep with Here Comes The Wanderlust Revue, travelled the Trade Way south, and picked up companions on the road to Nightstone.
